Yes! If you are dropping off or picking friends or family members up after their day, you are welcome to use our Drop Off/Collect Car Park. You will not be required to buy a car parking ticket.
To locate the drop off car park, follow the signs at the entrance. Please note, the drop off and collect car park has a maximum wait of 30 minutes. After this time you will be charged.
To make payment for a stay over 30 minutes you will need to do this at the barrier on exit. Please check the pricing upon entering the drop off car park. After 30 minutes of being in the drop off car park you will be charged the following:
Up to 2 Hours - £3 Up to 4 Hours - £10 Over 4 Hours - £15
Please note that the drop off car park cannot be used by those with a standard car park ticket and is solely for drop off/ collection only. Should you stay in the drop off car park longer than 30 minutes, payment will be taken on the barrier only.
In our busier periods, there can be delays upon exit of the Drop Off/Collect Car Park. To avoid charges, please plan ahead with those you are picking up and organise your time appropriately.

- Why have you introduced these charges?
We have introduced these new charges to improve the operation of each of the car park’s. The drop & Collect Car Park should only be used as a Drop & Collect car park and not as a standard car park.
- Why does it cost more than to park in the main car park?
As this is only a drop & collect car park no cars should be parked in there for more than 30 mins. If you do decide to park in this car park for the day then unfortunately the price is greater than the main standard car park.
- Why can’t I pre-book my ticket online?
As we don’t know how long each car will be parking in the Drop & Collect Car Park, we are unable to set pre-booked tickets for guests.
- If I have already paid for car parking with my online ticket order, can I park in this car park?
If you have pre-booked a car park ticket this will NOT scan in the drop and collect car park, therefore you will need to park in the main car park.
