When arriving to Thorpe Park, be sure to have your booking confirmation email open and ready for our team for entry.
Check in at the Thorpe Shark Cabins from 15:00 on your check-in day.
- Please bring photo identification with you to gain entry to the theme park and for presentation when you check into the cabins. Your photo identification must reflect the lead name on the booking.
- If you are arriving after the Theme Park has closed, you will be required to head through the orange gate located to the right of the turnstiles for out-of-hours access to the hotel.
- All bags/luggage may be subject to a search by our security team upon entry to the park.
- No alcohol is permitted on site.
- If you are staying at one of our local nearby hotels please check your confirmation for check-in/out times.
Check out from the Thorpe Shark Cabins is by 10:00 on your check-out day.
Pre-Authorisation of your Card
- Please note that upon check-in to the Thorpe Shark Cabins, you may be required to provide a credit/debit card for a pre-authorisation against your room. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Apple Pay or Android Pay for this process.
- A set amount will be held, and if not used, will be released back into your account within 5-10 working days.
- If you are staying at one of our nearby hotels, a pre-authorisation may be requested by the hotel.
Luggage Storage
- Guests are advised to store luggage in the boot of their cars prior to checking in and after checking out. Should you be travelling to the park by public transport, please speak to a member of the Reception team at your accommodation for assistance.
- If you are staying at the Thorpe Shark Cabins the earliest check-in time is 3 pm and the latest check-out time is 10 am.
- If you arrive before 3 pm please leave your luggage in your car (removing any valuables and anything you might need whilst in the park). This can then be collected later in the day and taken to your room when you come to check in. For our guests who are arriving by public transport, our reception team will be glad to safely store your luggage for you.
