You can login to Manage My Booking to view all the details about your Short Break booking. You will need your Booking Number, Surname and Email Address to be able to login.
AMENDING YOUR BOOKING
Need to add on extras, including tickets, and exclusive in-room bundles or extend your stay? You can do this via Manage My Booking! Please login using your booking number, surname and email address and click the 'Complete My Stay' link and follow the steps to view the available extras.
AMENDING YOUR STAY DATE
If something's come up and you need to change the date of your Short Break, we've made it simple and easy to amend your booking.
If you have added our cancellation protection to your booking you get extra flexibility and can amend your booking up to 3 days before your check-in date. If you haven’t added our protection on you can still amend your booking up to 7-days before your arrival date.

Upgrading your room or amending the number of people on your booking is simple via our Guest Experience Team. Please note additional charges may apply.
