Due to the number of Ride Access Pass users visiting our attractions and the fact that the rides have limited capacity, we have launched a new pre-booking portal to help manage access and ensure queuing time is kept to a minimum.
For guests wishing to visit Thorpe Park, please pre-book your RAP reservation through the accessibility webpage. On arrival at Thorpe Park, present your RAP pre-book ticket to the team at the Accessibility Kiosk. You will also be given a timecard for use during your visit. If you have any questions or need further guidance, please contact the Customer Services Team directly.
RAP users can book up to 3 pre-books at any time, per attraction, on a rolling basis.
For instance, you could have x3 THORPE PARK Resort, x3 Alton Towers, x3 LEGOLAND Windsor RAP reservations at one time. Once you’ve used one reservation, you can pre-book another.
Groups with under 10 guests will need to book individually using the pre-booking portal. Any group over 10 guests will need to contact our Customer Services team directly no later than 7 days before the visit date.
Pre-book will become available from 2nd March 2024. Please head to our Accessibility webpage on or after this date to reserve your RAP slot for your visit.
