Thorpe Park is a safe space for everyone so if you experience any behaviour that makes you feel uncomfortable, spot queue jumping or if someone is smoking within the area you can discretely report this via the info tab of the Thorpe Park app or by scanning QR codes within the queue line.
During it's opening we will be having queue line marshals around the entrance and extended queue line so there will be people in golden hi-vis to help you.
