The Accessibility Kiosk is located at the front of the theme park, next to turnstiles. You can collect your pre-registered Ride Access Passes here and the team can offer further advice on accessibility.
If the kiosk is closed please make your way to Guest Services located in the lower dome and our team can assist further.
We have an accessible entry line during security searches. Please speak to staff on arrival and be prepared to show either a Ride Access Pass or Carer documentation and our teams can direct you accordingly.
Our accessible search lane is typically open during busy periods, subject to availability.
We also have our Access Guide to view for more information, as well as our Accessibility page which you can access here.

Ride Accessibility for guests with a hearing / visual impairment.
Guests with hearing impairments should note that cochlear implants and certain hearing aids may be impacted by rides which feature fixed magnets in their safety systems. Please click here for more information.
We strongly recommend that guests with hearing / visual impairments consult a member of the Rides team or Guest Services team regarding evacuation procedures before boarding our attractions. This is to ensure the safety of all guests in the unlikely event of a ride shut down or evacuation.
Prior to your visit, we provide an personalised Accessibility Day Planning service which could help those with impairments to discuss which attractions could be most suitable. Click here for more information.
Can I access rides with an amputation or a prosthetic?
If you have any amputations we would strongly recommend you visit our THORPE PARK app or contact our team for more information on individual ride restrictions.
Please contact the team directly to discuss in more detail prior to your visit, either via phone on 01932 577131 or by email at customer.services@thorpe-park.co.uk
Should you have an amputation above the knee or above the elbow we do have certain rides that would not be accessible for you to ride due to manufacturers guidelines.
Please be aware that guests with missing limbs must still meet all height restrictions set for our rides. Please note if your missing limbs include missing legs you may be asked to attend our First Aid Centre where you’ll be required to remove any prosthetic limbs and your height measurement will be carried out on one of our beds.
A full list of restrictions are detailed in our accessibility guide here.
All prosthetic limbs must be secured or removed before boarding any ride.
Can I go on the rides if I'm wearing a cast/protective plastic boot?
Guests with broken limbs or any type of casts are not permitted to ride on either Nemesis Inferno or The Swarm, for their own safety and the safety of others.
Be sure to speak to a host at the specific ride or attraction for more information, or alternatively visit Guest Services in the lower dome.
Please note that this policy also applies to protective plastic boots – or Ankle Walkers – which are sometimes worn when recovering from an injury.
Please see our app for further information on ride and attraction restrictions.
