Make sure you have our app downloaded in advance of your visit, and ensure you enable location, notification and camera services (if this isn’t on then you will not be able to use the Ride Access Pass App). Once you arrive, click 'Check In' on the RAP app, and you will be able to start accessing rides. You must be within the immediate vicinity of the ride to select a specific ride, and then scan the QR code accordingly.
We also ask you to kindly check out when you leave or stop using the RAP system to allow others to use RAP app.
