We understand that situations can change and guests may not be able to visit on the date you originally planned. If you are unable to attend, please visit our booking portal here to amend the date of your visit.
Please note this can only be changed to a date within the same year, and cannot be moved to a ticket that is differently priced. In our booking portal, you will be able to see all the dates available.
While we strongly recommend arranging this prior to your visit, our admissions team at the Ticket Centre can manually change the date of your booking. This comes at a £5 revalidation fee per ticket.
