Please bring your order number (this can be found on your booking confirmation), along with your payment card and photo identification on the day of your visit. If you have paid by Paypal, we will require the proof of the payment transaction to be brought along with Photo ID.
If you have selected Print@home/Mobile Ticket when purchasing your tickets, please make sure you either print out your tickets or have the barcode tickets available on your mobile to scan at the turnstiles.
To collect your tickets you must bring the payment card along with your booking reference number.
If the card holder is not going to be present, you will be required to bring a letter of authorisation along with the payment card and photo ID to collect the tickets. For younger guests who are unable to bring the payment card, we will accept a photo of the front and back of the card along with the letter of authorisation and some form of ID with the guest's name on.
Please be aware if you are collecting a Merlin Annual Pass the card holder and card used for payment will always be required to collect the pass/es as they will not be issued without them.
