Please bring your order number (this can be found on your booking confirmation). This can be presented in printed and written form or shown on a mobile device, along with your payment card and photo identification on the day of your visit. If you have paid by Paypal, we will require the payment card linked to the Paypal account to be brought.
If you have selected Print@home/Mobile Ticket when purchasing your tickets, please make sure you either print out your tickets or have the barcode tickets available on your mobile to scan at the turnstiles.
Please be aware if you are collecting a Merlin Annual Pass the card holder and card used for payment will always be required to collect the pass/es as they will not be issued without them.
