If your order confirmation email includes barcoded tickets, you can forward the email over to whomever you purchased them for, and they'll be able to scan the e-tickets through the turnstiles.
To collect your tickets at the attraction, you must bring the payment card along with your booking reference number.
If the card holder is not going to be present, you will be required to bring a letter of authorisation along with the payment card and photo ID to collect the tickets. For younger guests who are unable to bring the payment card, we will accept a photo of the front and back of the card along with the letter of authorisation and some form of ID with the guest's name on.
A quick example of a letter of authorisation is included below. Where X’s are included these are numbers that are based on the booking and the relevant card details.
At the time of collection the original signed letter of authorisation must be presented along with the payment card and photo ID of the person collecting the tickets.
