If you have booked in advance via our Website and selected "Collect at Attraction", please visit out Admissions Desks with your payment card, photo ID and your order number and they will be able to issue your tickets from here.
Please note: Unfortunately we are unable to amend tickets from Collect at Attraction to Print@Home/E-Tickets.
To collect your tickets you must bring the payment card along with your booking reference number.
If the card holder is not going to be present, you will be required to bring a letter of authorisation along with the payment card and photo ID to collect the tickets. For younger guests who are unable to bring the payment card, we will accept a photo of the front and back of the card along with the letter of authorisation and some form of ID with the guest's name on.
