Live Chat
Live Chat is open each day from 10am to 30 minutes before park close.
When Live Chat is available, you will see a blue "Chat" button in the bottom corner of the screen on our Contact Us Page. The bot will be able to answer your simpler questions, but you can request to speak to an agent if you need additional support!
Please note that outside of our open hours, the bot will be your only available advisor but feel free to contact our team by other means and we'll pick up your enquiry as soon as possible.
