Yes, when booking you will receive a confirmation number- however to prevent mis-use free under 1.2m tickets will not display a barcode. On the day of your visit, you must collect a barcoded ticket from the Ticket Centre before going through security checks.
Note, staff will measure anyone using a free under 1.2m ticket to ensure they are the correct height, measurements must be taken wearing shoes. If they are 1.2m or over, you will be asked to purchase a ticket for entry. In addition to this, guests will be measured at the ride - up to the staff's discretion.
Before visiting it’s important to accurately check your child’s height, it’s best to check using the same shoes they’ll be wearing on the day. Shoes must be flat (no high heels, platforms, or additional padding), and be worn when the height check is being performed. Height measurements are taken from the top of a persons head, we do not include additional height from hair, hats, or accessories. All people gaining access using this ticket type must be present to be measured at the Ticket Centre.
