Note, staff will measure anyone using a free under 1.2m ticket to ensure they are the correct height, measurements must be taken wearing shoes. If they are 1.2m or over, you will be asked to purchase a ticket for entry. Should this occur, we will also issue a height check wristband to ensure they are able to experience our 1.2m+ rides.
Before visiting it’s important to accurately check your child’s height, it’s best to check using the same shoes they’ll be wearing on the day. Shoes must be flat (no high heels, platforms, or additional padding), and be worn when the height check is being performed. Height measurements are taken from the top of a persons head, we do not include additional height from hair, hats, or accessories. All people gaining access using this ticket type must be present to be measured at Island Ticket Centre.
