From our experience, the best way of dealing with a complaint is to speak with a member of staff on the day of your visit. You’ll find guest experience representatives at our Island Help and Information Centre, located just outside The Dome.

How to complain to Thorpe Park
If you would like to complain to Thorpe Park Resort, please contact us within 6 weeks of your visit to the theme park.
Please include the following in your first correspondence:
- Full Name
- Preferred Contact Details: email address and phone number
- Proof of Visit: please attach your tickets / receipt / order confirmation.
