We're sorry to learn that your visit with us to the resort fell short expectations. Of course, we want for all our guests to have a fun and thrilling day out, but our customer service team are always willing to assist our guests if they need us.
From our experience, the best way of dealing with a complaint is to speak with a member of staff on the day of your visit. You’ll find guest experience representatives at Guest Services, located in the lower dome.

Post-visit Feedback Procedure
If you would like to raise a complaint to Thorpe Park Resort, please contact us within 6 weeks of your visit. We regret that we are unable to assist with feedback after this time.
Please include the following in your first correspondence:
- Full Name
- Address
- Preferred Contact Details: email address and phone number
- Proof of Visit: please attach your tickets / receipt / order confirmation.
We will endeavour to get back to you within 7 days.
