Short Breaks guests are able to download their barcoded Theme Park tickets into the Thorpe Park app.
Not only will you be able to explore the park with our wayfinding map, plan out your route round the attractions with our new planner, but you’ll also benefit from a quicker and smoother entry into the Theme Park, too!
You can download the Thorpe Park app from your mobile app store. Please use the links below to access and download on your mobile device.
Once downloaded, simply follow the below steps to upload your Theme Park tickets into the Thorpe Park app:
- Download the Thorpe Park app
- Click on My Visits
- Add your Order ID and email address
- That’s it - your tickets are loaded, and you can scan your QR code to enter the Theme Park
If you have more than one barcoded ticket with us (such as Fastrack tickets) these can also be uploaded onto the app. Just so you know, the other barcoded ticket will have a different order reference ID.
Your order ID can be found on your order confirmation email which will be sent to your email. Please check your junk and spam folders if you have not received this.
Your order number will be 9 digits long. You will receive any tickets booked as part of a Short Break within 30 minutes of making payment.
