If you require a refund on a product because it is faulty, this must be completed in person in one of our shops with presentation of a valid receipt. At this time, we are unable to perform refunds over the phone or email.
If you do not have a receipt then we can issue an exchange for the same product, or an alternative product up to the same value. If you have any questions please contact us using the form here or at shop@thorpe-park.co.uk.
