Dietary Requirements & Allergies
We remain committed to providing a variety of food options to accommodate our guests' dietary requirements in collaboration with our supplier partner, Aramark. In line with the latest guidance from the Food Standards Agency (FSA) and UK Hospitality, Merlin Entertainments has ensured its allergen policy is up to date.
To minimise the risk of miscommunication, we are no longer providing menu adaptations or personalised guidance regarding allergens. Instead, all guests will be offered an Allergen Guide to help them make informed menu decisions independently.
The Allergen Guide is a detailed document that lists all menu items along with their potential allergen content. It can help you identify which foods contain specific allergens so that you can make safe choices based on your individual dietary needs.
If you are still unsure about the allergen content of a menu item after consulting the Allergen Guide, we recommend that you choose an alternative, suitable option. The restaurant will not offer any menu adaptations. There are options on the menu that do not contain any of the 14 allergens.
