Wheelchairs can be hired on a first come, first served bases from our Guest Services team in the Lower Dome.
We have 18-inch wheelchairs for hire, which require a £50 card refundable deposit. We do not hire out mobility scooters.
All wheelchairs must be returned to the team at Guest Services by the end of your visit. Deposits will only be refunded if the item is returned in the same condition it was given.
Please note: all card deposits can take 3-7 working days to return to the card.
