Wheelchairs can be hired at the Accessibility Kiosk - located on the right-hand side of our turnstiles.
All wheelchairs must be returned to the team at Guest Services or the Accessibility Kiosk by the end of your visit. Please note that the Accessibility Kiosk closes at 1:30pm. Wheelchairs are hired out on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
We have 18-inch wheelchairs for hire, which require a £50 card refundable deposit. We do not hire out mobility scooters.
Deposits will only be refunded if the item is returned in the same condition it was given.
Please note: all card deposits can take 3-7 working days to return to the card.
Please note that, due to high volumes of school trips, the Accessibility Kiosk will be closed until July 22nd. Instead, a Timecard station will be operating from underneath the park's Welcome Arch from 9:15am. Ride Access Pass collection and Accessibility support is also available from Guest Services in the lower dome as normal.
Park Access
Pathways across the park are suitable for wheelchairs, however they can be steep in certain areas and guests may require additional assistance.
For our rides, the majority of our queue lines have been adapted for wheelchair access. For rides that do not have wheelchair accessible queue lines, guests provided with a wheelchair will be able to access via an alternative entrance.
We advise all guests to check the ride restrictions before joining a ride queue line and speak to staff if they are unsure of anything. Ride restrictions are displayed at the ride entrance.
