Accessible security searches:

We have an accessible entry line during security searches. Please speak to staff on arrival and be prepared to show either a Ride Access Pass or Carer documentation and our teams can direct you accordingly. 

Entering the park as a wheelchair user: 

If you use a wheelchair, please use the middle gates at the turnstiles as this is a wider access point.  

Is the park easy to navigate in a wheelchair?

The pathways are suitable for wheelchairs, however they can be steep in sections and guests may require additional assistance. 

For our rides, wheelchair users will be able to access via an alternative entrance. 

Please note, guests require to be a Ride Access Pass App user to use alternative accessible queue lines. 

We advise all guests to check the ride restrictions before joining a ride queue line. Ride restrictions are displayed at the ride entrance.
