For us to arrange a second Carer’s ticket, supporting documentation meeting the below criteria must be supplied to our team members:
- A registered GP or NHS letter or direct email sent in a secure, non- editable format, notifying the recipient requires additional carer support. This must be dated within the last 2 years.
- Credibility’s Access Card with the +2 or higher carer/companion symbol
Please note: Our staff are not in the position to assess individual needs as they are not medically trained to do so, hence why we require documentation that meets criteria. Letters from a non-medical professional will not be accepted. We cannot issue two Carer Passes at our attractions without prior arrangement.
