For us to arrange a second Carer’s ticket, supporting documentation meeting the below criteria must be supplied to our team members:
- A letter dated in the last 2 years from a medical professional (like a GP or consultant) and signed on headed paper by the medical establishment. This must state the name of the person who requires the additional carers.
- Dated within the last 2 years.
- Credibility’s Access Card with the +2 or higher carer/companion symbol
Please note: Our staff are not in the position to assess individual needs as they are not medically trained to do so, hence why we require documentation that meets criteria. Letters from a non-medical professional will not be accepted. We cannot issue two Carer Passes at our attractions without prior arrangement.
