We understand that organising a school trip can be difficult, which is why we want to make planning your visit to Thorpe Park as easy as possible.

Provisional Booking Form
By submitting a provisional booking form, you are able to provisionally book your school trip as a reservation. You will be able to make amendments to the date and numbers included in this booking up until confirmation.
You will receive an email summary containing your booking information and any additional information related to your school trip.
You will be able to pay by BACS or CARD.
Schools must confirm their booking a minimum of 10 days prior to their event date to secure your tickets. Please note that a provisional booking is not a confirmed booking. This means you will not have any entry tickets unless you confirm, finalise and complete payment for the booking.

Free Teacher Tickets
For school bookings we offer free teacher tickets in ratio to the attending students.
Primary : 1 free teacher for every 5 paying students
Secondary : 1 free teacher for every 10 paying students
College : 1 free teacher for every 10 paying students
SEND : 1 to 1 ratio where required
Additional teachers : For any extra teachers outside of the entitled ratio, these will be charged at an additional fee of £25.00 each.
You will be able to input this onto your provisional booking form how many teachers you require for your trip.
Pre-visit Teacher Planning Tickets
We offer our school groups 2 x pre-planning tickets. This allows two teachers to attend and assess the suitability of the park for your group.
You will be given an order number and a visit date, which will be approximately 14 days prior to your visit. If you need to re-arrange, you can do this by giving us a call on 01932 577 131.
On arrival, you will be able to collect these from our Ticket Sales Building, permitted you are able to provide staff ID to our Front of House team.
Coaches / Minibuses
We offer free coach and minibus parking tickets for our school bookings which also entitles any coach drivers free entry to the park for the day. Please add to our provisional booking form how many you require.
On arrival, you can park in our designated coach car park. Once you've parked up, please head to our Ticket Sales Building with the order number for your school booking to obtain your parking tickets.
Educational Talks : The Science of Theme Parks
We know that a day out of school must meet some meaningful learning objectives - that’s why we have introduced new educational presentations and supporting material focused on The Science of Theme Parks. All our Educational Content is now completely Free of Charge.
These can be added onto your booking on your provisional booking form
Our education talks are only available on our off-peak dates and must be a minimum of 10 students.
