We understand how difficult it is to plan a school trip, not to mention the added pressure of ensuring all students have an amazing experience.
To ensure every member of your group has an amazing day, we offer a range of support for students with SEND.
- We allow 1:1 Adult to Student care for SEND Students ensuring your students feels fully supported by a person they trust throughout their visit.
- Our Ride Access Pass allows for the user and up to three other guests to wait the queue time, outside of the queuing environment. During this time, the Ride Access Pass user is free to explore the mark and make the most of our queue-free attractions and activities
Obtaining Ride Access Passes for a School Trip
If you require Ride Access Passes for your students, please include this within your provisional booking form to ensure this is all arranged for your visit.

You will need to attach a letter headed signed document from the head teacher of your school (please ensure students initials and a brief outline of their SEND is included. We will not retain this information after we have authorised the facilities).
