On occasion, our rides and attractions can be disrupted. In certain cases, we have to close our rides to ensure the safety of our guests. Whilst we cannot predetermine the majority of ride closures, we will provide real-time updates on the Thorpe Park Mobile App.
If our ride offering is impacted park-wide for an hour or more continuously during your visit, our Return Guarantee will be activated. If you have been affected by a Return Guarantee date, this entitles you to return for free on selected dates.
How do I arrange my free return?
You must pre-book a slot to reserve your place for a return day. Upon arrival, you need to exchange your pre-booked slot for a physical ticket at the Ticket Sales Building, located outside of our Welcome Arch by our car park. Our team will ask for all original ticket evidence so it can be verified that you originally attended on a Return Guarantee date. Failure to provide all required information may result in our full walk-up price of £66 being charged for entry.
