We have a Guest Services facility which is located in the Lower Dome, opposite Depth Charge.
The team can offer advice on attraction accessibility and restrictions, wheelchair access, the collection of Ride Access Pass timecards, on-site lost property and information on available facilities.
Parent Swap: If your children are under the height restriction but you still want to ride, try Parent Swap, where one parent queues on behalf of both.
Lost Property: Misplaced your property? It may have already been handed in to Guest Services so be sure to check, or to fill out a lost property form, so we can reunite you with your item, if it is found.
Accessibility Information: Guests with accessibility requirements are advised to visit the Accessibility page here prior to visiting. Our Guest Services team are also available at our Accessibility Kiosk to assist, found to the right of turnstiles open from 9:15am to approximately 13:00pm. Our team here are able to provide you with all the information you might find useful for your visit. Guest Services are here to assist you on the day to go through any questions or concerns you may have.
Hire Services: Wheelchairs are available for hire at £50, RADAR keys at £10, and Ear Defenders at £20. Please note that all hire services require a refundable card deposit.
