Please bring your order number (this can be found on your booking confirmation), along with your payment card and photo identification on the day of your visit. If you have paid by PayPal, we will require the proof of the payment transaction to be brought along with valid ID.
Tickets for "Collect at Attraction"
To collect your tickets, you must bring the payment card along with the order number of your booking.
Collect at Attraction tickets can only be given by visiting our Ticket Sales Building upon arrival. This means that we're unable to issue these as Print@Home tickets or change the ticket collection method.
If you are the person named on the booking and have lost your card, so long as you're able to supply valid ID such as a passport or driver's license along with a bank statement detailing the transaction, there will be no problem collecting your tickets.
If the person named on the booking is not attending, we require a signed letter of authorisation to the named person collecting the tickets, including the below details:
“I [name of card holder] authorise [name of person collecting tickets] to collect the tickets from order number [booking reference] paid for by my card [last 4 digits of credit card used]."
The named person collecting the tickets will also need to bring valid photo ID along with the signed letter.
For younger guests who are unable to bring the payment card, we will accept a photo of the front and back of the card along with the letter of authorisation and some form of ID with the guest's name on.
Print@Home Tickets
If you have selected Print@Home/Mobile Ticket when purchasing your tickets, please make sure you either print out your tickets or have the barcode tickets available on your mobile to scan at the turnstiles. If you can open the Print@Home.pdf file that is attached to your confirmation email, then we can scan the barcode directly from your device upon arrival to the turnstiles.
Print@Home tickets are only available in a single purchase. If you wish to also book any Fastrack tickets for example, these need to be completed on a separate order.
Please be aware if you are collecting a Merlin Annual Pass the card holder and card used for payment will always be required to collect the pass(es) as they will not be issued without them.
