Tickets are purchased on a non-refundable and non-transferable basis, as per our terms and conditions. However, we understand that situations can change and guests may not be able to visit on the date you originally planned.
If you are unable to attend, please visit our Account Holder Portal here to amend the date of your visit. Please note date changes are subject to a revalidation fee. Visits can only be changed to a date within the same year and we strongly recommend arranging this prior to your visit. Within our booking portal, you will be able to see all the dates available.
Date and time availability is updated live and can change based on ticket sales. Even if a date is eligible for rescheduling, it may be sold out, so it’s best to act quickly.
